"Infernal Hulk" fully revealed
Yesterday, it was teased a new Hulk story following the end of the current one. Now it's been fully revealed.

>Spinning directly out of October’s Incredible Hulk #30, the story begins after Hulk’s brutal rematch with the Eldest — the firstborn child of the Mother of Horrors. Victorious, the Eldest seizes control of Hulk’s body, transforming into the unstoppable “Infernal Hulk” and igniting a new Age of Monsters that threatens the entire Marvel Universe. Their goal: plunge the world into ancient horrors by turning Earth’s heroes into nightmare creatures. Meanwhile, a powerless but determined Bruce Banner will stop at nothing to bring them down.

>“I’ve been promising Hulk fans the biggest, boldest status quo change in Hulk’s history, and that time is finally here,” Johnson said. “The next few issues of Incredible Hulk give fans all the answers they’ve been waiting for about Eldest and the Mother of Horrors, and INFERNAL HULK is the beginning of a terrifying new normal, not just for the Hulk series but for the entire Marvel Universe.”

>Billed as the boldest status quo change in Hulk’s history, Infernal Hulk promises bigger, deadlier threats than ever before — with monsters whose origins reach back to the very foundations of the Earth. Johnson teases that no corner of the Marvel Universe will be spared by the time this horror-fueled saga ends.

>“Working on Hulk whether it be ‘Incredible’ and now ‘Infernal’ with Phillip has been a dream,” Klein said. “Phillip is not only an amazing world builder and craftsman who pours so much heart into this book, but he has also become a great friend and fantastic collaborator throughout this. INFERNAL HULK is where the journey was always going to go all along, and I’m excited to see reader’s reactions to it. I know I’m putting a lot of blood, sweat, ad tears into it, as always.”

Thoughts on this new status-quo, Hulk fans?

Ehhhhhh........
Feels like a retread of so many times Hulk and Banner were split up and one had to save the other from some shit going down that the alter ego had a hand in and they realize that together they make the best version of themselves
Points if they don't do a "You need to get your whole body back or you'll die"

Why would Johnson talk so big about changing the status quo when Hulk is actually one of the few Marvel heroes who actually had a recent permanent statuo quo shake-up with the green door lore?
