Trying to learn to use pocket sketchbooks for doodling and ideation, but I fear I keep expecting too much from a A6 sized book.

Went back to traditional colouring and wanted to see how differently it would look if i used colour pencils for the greys and blacks instead of fineliner and HB pencil compared to last weeks work.

How do you learn to draw? I went on /I/ and /ic/, but everything there is an evil retard.

They’re alright I guess. I’m not obsessed with clowns, but I thought it be cool to draw a sexy clown girl and a scary clown with an mma theme.
If I ever follow through with making my martial arts comic, I think maybe it be cool to include these 2.

Maybe try doing some art that’s less creative and more constructive? Like maybe doing gestures or studies or something that’s more about observation/copying rather than creative thinking. That way your muscle memory could stay warmed up and you’ll improve a bit, all the while waiting patiently for your creative drive to come back

This happened to me. I just decided to not care about the world anymore, to abandon all hope, and surprisingly this improved my life. Only downside is that I'm afraid to ever care and hope, since I know that as soon as I internalize that I something to lose I'll be depressed again.

I am glad Herny created a shark girl because now people are drawing more sharks in general, I just wish he got rid of her hair.
