Gotta say, I much preferred Season 1.
In Season 1, Andy would actually win from time to time. In Seasons 2&3, it was constant karma payback for the episode endings.
Plus, in Season 1, they had those time-freezing, black & white, 4th wall breaking scenes. Later seasons got rid of them.

Also supposedly before the show even existed there was a series of Flash shorts based on it. I've never seen them and the only mention of these anywhere is the wikipedia page with a large ass citation needed appended to the sentence. They either never existed imo, or people are confusing them with the promotional flash games that were made around the Jetix era. The last ones are at least preserved in some youtube videos, so we know they were a thing.
