Based on the coloration of both the bags and the jorts mascot, I'd say they are bacon snacks.

Louise remains my fave new girl from S3
I did ‘t expect I’d find another side character i really like after the Marras and Kaisa

As well as having a cute design and voice she’s just an easy and eager fit for any adventure. If the Main three have a story happen I always can picture Louise as part of the camping group now too

If you wanted to make more episodes with her you can keep the camera gimmick, but also supplement it with other stuff. Like she might take along Walkie Talkies for them all to use, and she’s always talking through them unlike mouthh to mouth.

A great idea for a Louise themed episode is if for a School project or competition she wants go get the best photo in school and Hilda insists she will find Louise a cryptid that noone in Trollberg has been able to see before. Best opening to make a Hilda episode bout Bigfoot or Mothman, or some other variant like Molemen underneath the city.

Louise of course agrees instantly and there you have a whole ep about exploring new parts of Trollberg (the sewers/vittra tunnels, maybe so deep ypu get to the giant Troll goddess sleeing underneath the city) and where taking pictures of it all is important.
Or more simply a Hilda fishing episode. She needs someone to take a picture of her prize catch at the end

this one is a bit more bittersweet because she will have to live far from her friends, but maybe david will suddenly muster the courage to go with her and live with her out in the countryside where they can raise a single baby girl and bring this story full circle

Maybe it's Louise developing film to look at photos she's taken, and seeing lots of photos with an elf/person in her top she hadn't noticed earlier? I feel like her penchant for photography could be worked in somehow, like how her photos revealed the truth of illusions, maybe it can show an elf in a picture in a lewd location?

I was just picturing a random adult male design in the series. Could just be a background male, or some other tertiary adult like Bell Keeper or Hilda's dad.

Since the last thread I realized the Bell Keeper is probably the most relevant male adult in the series to have as a random self insert guy, unless you have any other ideas for relevant characters. I'll answer your request for Kaisa suggestions in a moment, but I wanted to give another suggestion I had for different characters first.

You know, I had a fan theory as to why Johanna seems to behave a bit strange & a bit horner lately when David's around her. Though I'm not a writer I'll say it's one of the side effects caused by the Lycanthropy curse. Just finished it now. I agree I'm surprised they didn't do much with Hilda being an obvious outcast/unpopular kid before, I suppose since David and Frida most of the time were always there for her she didn't notice much other kids don't approach her. There was that one funny moment in The Witch where that other schoolkid gets freaked out by her and runs off and she looks embarrassed for a second


It was a fun ep, though one i've rewatched a lot. I'm glad if Louise only got 1 episode so far, it was a fun self-contained mini adventure. Next one i'm rewatching is The Train to Tofoten. Only watched this through the first time cause it's mostly an intro ep as i recall, but missed seeing Johanna. Also WHAT IS THIS BITCH'S PROBLEM kek she didn't used to be this coy/wry when David's doing anything
