Which design do you think is best? Did gwen's design and personality peak when she was in OS or did she get better with time?

Omniverse got it right except for the redesign. Why intentionally make her look like a Karen? Did they want viewers to hate her?

Wait you mean art style or personality? I think older gwen is weird like I respected them for trying something more unique than AF. As someone once said put AF gwen, next to atom eve or jean gray she very much would looks a lot like them. An loses a lot of the fun of os gwen.

I liked AF Gwen because it showed an evolution to her as a person, who moves on from being a generic tomboy to someone more feminine because she had puberty, while still retaining sense of style whcih shows she's bookish, like wearing a dress shirt.
Omniverse is trying to hard to make her a "geek", gives her glasses for no reason, and an outfit which is near identical to one she wore as a child, it's just completely inorganic.

When rewatching the OG, I was surprised future Gwen got a redesign (She's the only one to have gotten one), and it was a downgrade...

Basically this is my biggest gripe with AF gwen, she loses her fun banter with ben and just become kevin's girl and the team mom/girl. She barely has any memorable banter with ben most of it is relationship banter with kevin

tomboy is not a term I would use to describe Gwen. She had interests clearly different from Ben, they even clashed over this. She was well groomed, had interest in tech, wanted to go to a preppy school and responsible. If Ben and her weren't cousins I doubt they would hang out as kids.

Her design was fantastic and it kills me that it tends to be ignored in favor of her younger design. Not that I'm surprised mind you. But still disappointing nonetheless.

Half of these aren't even real designs.

Anyway alien force and ultimate alien ruined her like they ruined everybody. Omniverse perfected her like they perfected everybody. Her Gwendolyn design in OV is best. Ignore the coomers who just want her crappy af design but in OV artstyle. That was only meant for transition. And also that was in no watch Ben timeline too because she never became who she really wanted to be in that timeline.
