>as long as you can separate fiction from reality, have a strong enough moral compass to NOT pursue any taboo fantasies you have for fictional characters onto real life people, and can sustain a healthy lifestyle you're good
Oh, so if you're obsessed with a li'l character for decades you have to be extra cauteous and extra virtuous in order to have a basic and normal form of ethical behavior?
That means it's not healthy, my dude.
It's like, if they produced a drink which makes you high in a great way but also makes you deformed and eventually kills you, unless you run for 20 minutes the day after drinking it. You have to put extra effort into it just so you don't die and extra effort just to remain outwardly normal. Not better, just alive and normal.
Sure, you could do that. Or you could not drink the thing.
Which option is "healthy"?
If you think it's worth the extra effort, that means you're an addict. That's not healthy.
And I say this as a huge cun-cun lover who likes nothing better than charmful characters and has been obsessed about many of them for decades. I know I'm not a bad guy, but I also know I'm not healthy.
