This didn’t feel like much of a happening at the time because Brun and that bar had only been introduced like three pages prior. Sorta like how Anh abandoning her entire life recently didn’t feel all that eventful because she was just some chick Faye and Hanners met at a friends’ wedding for five minutes.

The character designs are ugly and dull (what the fuck IS that third panel) and the dialogue is so asinine and unfunny. I only know it's supposed to be funny because of the way it's structured.
