She knows that's where he's supposed to go, and that she was supposed to take him to Cresce to do it. It's honestly a fairly logical leap given the information she has. Particularly when you consider the two countries are warring and have fine so for years.

Yep. And Sette herself has been said to hang down by the docks around the sailor so she would have had even more exposure than the average Sharte. And though Jivi is an upstanding gentleman, he's been raised by a fearsome privateer that leans somewhat heavily into piracy and other evils. I'm sure some of her crew is even worse. He's certainly been influenced by criminals in a similar way to a typical Sharteshanian, even if he for the most part tries to reject those influences.

Nothing tsundere about it. She was very sincere in her appreciation of him, even tolerating several rebuffs until he made his dislike of her personal. That's when it got ugly between them. But now that they've sorted that out, she's able to be friends with him properly.
