I say this as a Sonic fan (go ahead and laugh) but it was probably because most people who played it only played the fucking prologue before getting frustrated or bored with it.
This game looks really cool visually but it's super fucking bad to play, I'd take 06 or Forces any day over this.

Isn't it the only other game to get a fan remake, besides 06. And I'm not talking about some fan game that gets all the physics mechanics wrong, uses some pre-made framework in Unity or Unreal, and with only one level implemented.

I genuinely wish that Sonic the Hedgehog was banned from 4chan. Not even a containment board like the horse show, just straight up not allowed anymore, ever. Fuck this trash excuse of a franchise.
