How come it's not considered as good as Kids Next Door? I've never seen any Pepper Ann cosplays at conventions, while I have seen a few KND cosplays in the past at cons and I never see Pepper Ann talked about outside of /co/ unless it's the bra episode, while KND i've seen many be nostalgic over it

I'm only comparing the two because similar art styles

Do they have the same target demo or does Pepper Ann aim younger than KND in your opinion? Pepper Ann was considered a more educational show since it had moral lessons in a more explicit way compared to KND

Pepper Ann was teenage slice of life and KND was pre-teen kids going on larger than life adventures. They may have shared the same art style, but they're otherwise apples and oranges. Although I ended up liking Pepper Ann as I got older, I found it pretty boring when I was younger and I wouldn't be surprised if it was like that for a lot of kids.

KND is better but that doesn't make Pepper-Ann a bad show. Pepper-Ann doesn't get talked about because it wasn't on Cartoon Network and didn't have a dedicated friday timeslot like KND did. You either had to catch it on a saturday morning ABC block, which both Kids WB and Fox Kids (for a time) ruled over, or catch it at random times on weeknights on toon disney years later.
