Because being skinny in America is actually challenging for females since the food there is so processed. I know anons won’t believe me but I’ve lived half my life in Asia and half in the US. While in the US to stay skinny I could never eat anything even slightly processed and had to make my own meals from raw basic ingredients, even eating out once I would gain several pounds. Meanwhile living in Asia I can eat fried food, bread, and sweets regularly and struggle to put on weight. You will all think I’m bullshitting but it’s insane what the difference is. Fatties will exist in Asia too but they go out of their way to overeat where in the US for females you have to be eating less than 800 calories a day and no cheese, bread, sweets or anything slightly processed to avoid putting on weight.

Explain why the exact shame food I ate in the US led to me gaining weight while in Asia I lost weight and stayed around 110 lbs constantly even if I would eat sweets or fried food. Anything packaged or processed in the US is going to cause extra weight gain even if there is a calorie deficit. If you are female you can’t even eat bread without gaining weight each day even if you’re going to the gym and exercising regularly.

I’m not saying it’s complete lack of responsibility because there are fat fuck females that overeat everywhere in the world but it is way harder to not gain weight as female with US products than it is with Asian products.
