Marvel the Call, by the Man Himself Chuck Austen.
The Call is a post 9/11 comic about Firefigthers in a superheroic world. The issue I myself have is about a woman being abducted, mutiliated, killed and coming back as a woman with broken glass spike hands.

It is a prize trash possession because my older sister got for me as Christmas or Birthday presentt. When she heard I started collecting comics. Whoever sold her it, I will fucking find you.

Tough choice. Maybe Sonichu. There was also this zombie comic that was obviously the writer projecting her grudge from high school, but that was a one-shot. If manga counts, Chainsaw Man Part 2 has had me going 'what the fuck are you doing' for years now.

Marville, without question.
Identity Crisis is a close runner-up, but the retardation of that comic is mostly just on a plot level. Marville is actively retarded in every single aspect of its writing, from plot to character to dialogue to the weird essay rambling in the last couple issues.

I'd argue it's the same quality as most marvel shit fest that get cancelled before they can count to 10. It's bad but not rotten with repeated art and long ass dialogues and thought bubbles that go across panels to say pretty much nothing in the most millennial way possible.

If manga counts it has to be OPM, imagine having a script already written and you somehow fuck it up. Good art can't carry a shit show of that quality.
