It was over the 3 Little Red Riding Hood episodes. Fred Seibert got advice & recommendations from John K which would later be used be in making the What A Cartoon! Show.

People like David Feiss, Tom Minton, Pat Ventura, & Eddie Fitzgerald were recommended by John K to head the What A Cartoon! shorts.
