Has this actually happened though? Sure, many corporations have pre-emptively bent the knee to Trump by getting rid of DEI policies to be on his good side or whatever, but in practice I don't think culture has actually changed much. There's still plenty of "woke" media that isn't going broke. "Anti-woke" media isn't really doing any better than it did before.
At the end of the day, Trump winning doesn't change anything about the actual audiences, Trump won on a razor-thin margin, and he mostly won because of the economy, not opposition to "woke" media. And now his popularity polls are tanking, more people dislike Trump than like him.

I think cultural wise there has been (some) backlash and Trump winning has only made people feel more comfortable talking about it. So some yes. Not like a huge pendulum shift. It's still there lurking in the background waiting to shine it's ugly head at another chance to do our culture harm.

As for trumps approval he still wipes the floor against democrats and still the presumptive leader of the republican party by all metrics. Historically, his second terms approval has been up compared to others and he's getting alot of real work done and getting things passed not to mention quite literally brokering peace nearly 7 times now. If he gets Russia and Ukraine to stop no matter how liberal it is, every European country and many oriental ones are going to demand he get the Nobel.

You can deduct up to $25,000 from taxable income in tips. That's alot and if you make over 150k you can't. That's very fair and helps the little guys. If you are making over 25k in tips something is fishy.

As for the taxing less, the wealthy already pay a ton of taxes much more than the poor because they make more. It is an across the board reduction and affects every bracket (mostly) equally. You shouldn't expect those who are wealthy to pay a much higher rate because they are rich.
