Honestly I could never understand why he got so much hate that it earned him long-term lolcow status even now, years after he quit the internet. His art was bad, he was an angry little dork, and he couldn't keep his mouth shut about his dipshit opinions. Welcome to like every other webcomic artist of his era. His dumb inflation porn was so tame you could probably get it published in the Sunday funnies these days. It feels like everyone sort of randomly glommed onto him and if he started his posting career today nobody would even notice him.

Andrew Dobson but usually just called 'Dobson'. He's a guy who tries to get people to like him by trying to white knight and be progressive but harasses LGBT people and women when they criticize him and will never admit he is wrong unless an internet mob comes in with their pitchforks. He used to be an inflation artist who pretended to be a girl. Thinks he's an expert in things when he really isn't and generally has shit takes for asinine reasons that trigger the fuck out of nerds or are downright hypocritical (for example he likes Metroid Other M the most because it 'gives Samus character' despite him spouting 'females must be stronk' rhetoric). He's also insanely selfish, blocks people who try to give constructive criticism, and overall has a lot of condescension, arrogance, and a lack of self awareness that manages to piss off literally everyone. Like he got mad and upset that his girlfriend at the time's Jewish family wasn't celebrating Christmas that day and posted that shit online and I think she even commented/they had an argument on the journal he posted.

Also the carnavale posting is because Dobson is legit scared of masquerade masks.
