It's Spider-man you don't need star power to get butt in seat. He's serviceable enough actor for a solo film. Andrew Garfield was a supporting character in The Social Network and Toby was the guy from Cider House Rules.

I dont know fantastic 4 was fine, but it had really bad things, like downgrading reed richards powers, and the whole boring time-lapse when they were making a plan to stop galactus.
Thunderbolts is the better movie by far, also you deliberately forgot deadpool/wolverine when we know that movie made a lot of dough and was actually entertaining (im not saying is automatically good)

For whatever reason the characters who made the most money in this era are not slated for big roles in the next Avengers: Wolverine, Deadpool, Spider-Man, Strange. Maybe some of them will be there anyway but their role is unlikely to be big. Even Wanda and Vision are more popular than most of this cast… and I’ll go ahead and say it, so is Carol Danvers just by the fact that she’s a pre-2020 character.

I don’t know why that is, but they’re essentially counting on Downey and probably Evans to carry a large but weak roster.

Ruffalo is, sadly, one of the more popular people announced for the new film so far, unless Brand New Day unexpectedly flops and drags him down with it (an ideal result but probably still unlikely)

I thought SS was cool, but Galactus was definetively lacking. I don't mind having him defeated they way it went down since that's often how they get rid of him (and I'm not a powerscaler so it doesn't bother me in that regard) but he really needed more screentime to make a bigger impact.

I loved Thunderbolts and Yelena is one of my favorite characters in the universe. I also think Pugh is pretty cute but that in no way informs my opinions since Black Widow sucked despite her being great in it.
