I feel destroyed right now
I can't fucking believe it. The showrunners took the one niché character I fucking loved in the show so much and made it that he now gets violently raped. Let me state that again: the one inconsequential character I actually cared about in a show who wasn't even a primary, arguebly not even secondary, is written to be violently raped repeatedly. There is just no salvation for my autistic interests anymore. If this one character can get raped and violated before my very eyes how can anything niché or obscure I like be left unscathed. Everything else has been slowly taken away from me these past few years and shit was made worse with the lockdowns where faggots metaphorically ruined my favorite hobbies forever because they were bored. I just can't fucking take it anymore, I just can't. It's like life is going out of it's way to test my limits and how far it can push me over the redline, fuck that. I have had enough and I won't stand for this shit.

But why did they decide to rape Towelie? What does anyone actually get out of this?

This. Randy even memory holes it from his ketamine overdosing so it has zero weight or significance

i thought the trump shit would get me to watch again but nah. i really don't understand who's giving south park another chance after it's been shit for so long. i guess gen z? if you're a millennial or older and watching new south park seasons i struggle to understand why. you saw the rise and fall of a once great show and they gave up ages ago writing wise. jokes about how big of a clown show burger politics are aren't going to get me to tune in because i know it'll eventually just stagnate back into boring unfunny garbage. i don't want hope i'm not bothering to begin with.

Towelie has more episodes about him than most of the kids in Mr. Garrison's class and was promoted to a main character with Tegridy Farms.

South Park has always enjoyed rape humor. Especially child rape, you explicitly see boys get raped/molested multiple times in South Park and it’s always played for laughs

I'm tempted to make fun of you but I know from personal experience that people can get hurt even by shit that would seem insignificant to others. But it's usually because there are deeper mental issues at core. As you point out in your post, you're generally unsatisfied with your life. You should start trying to do something, anything about that. I know that getting a job you don't hate (or a job at all if you're a NEET) is hard and getting a relationship can be even harder, but you can start with small steps. Not beating yourself up. Disciplining yourself to do some small things like go out, exercise, choose a skill to practice. Take the time to consider what you really want out of life and then consider how you can arrive at least to some approximation of that.

And about getting attached to minor things like that, it's best to learn to look at things without too much attachment. Things are what they are. A character in a show is just a character someone made and can do something with. They're not the second coming of Jesus. They can resonate with you, and that's okay, but at the end of the day it's still just a character. What's important is that you like them for whatever reasons you have, not what their creators, who might have shit going on in their own lives, arbitrarily decide to do with the character. Once you realize that nothing can take away your appreciation of something, you stop getting so bothered by things that seem to challenge it, like fucked-up plot developments.
