Out of water he is Thing class to Juggernaut class. In he is base level Thor but because of his maneuverability and increased durbility it gets to point he can damn near manhandle hulk. If rivals is your reference I'd put him below Thor and Hulk.

Flight you'd have to look up. Isn't close to north star or quicksilver and he isn't going pull warps behind you. I don't even think it hits mach 1 so picture however much that hurts. Once again in MR would probably be a top three speed flyer with Torch and Iron Man.

The only thing I can imagine Galacta doing is being a boss fight in Kingdom Hearts ala Monstro in Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep who is a huge boss fight that can swallow the playable character.

Galacta is honestly a very limited character. She can't do much and it doesn't help she hasn't shown up in actual Marvel media that's an official story for Fantastic Four. Even now in actual Fantastic Four comics we've never seen Galacta show up alongside Galactus. Which is funny because family is a huge theme in Fantastic Four but Galacta has existed as an else world character and never been implemented in Fantastic Four proper the property that she should be part of. And given the recent failure of Fantastic Four's latest film don't build your hope. Especially since Disney has a fetish for hiring UGLY actresses. When was the last time Disney intentionally hired a good looking cunt for their movies? Olivia Wilde in Tron Legacy? That was a long time ago now that woman is a hag. And as mentioned Disney will not hire attractive actresses.

They toyed around back in the 60s with the ability to mimic sea life so he had electricity, could stretch some, had camouflage etc. That never really came up again.
