Why is this show considered an educational show, yet Mew Mew isn't? Both are environmental series that blatantly teach kids about how to help the environment and that it's good to help save the earth

What the fuck is Mew Mew?
Anyhow, there used to be a requirement to show a certain amount of educational programming in the weekend mornings on television, which they would put with the Saturday morning cartoons. Saturday morning cartoons are gone now, so there is no reason to care about categorizing cartoons anymore. Now you get cute nature shows.
