Ms. Marvel : Doom admires power, and Kamala's polymorph abilities are incredibly potent and versatile. He would see her not as a hero, but as a raw, unrefined instrument. His "training" would focus on pushing her powers to their absolute limit—shapeshifting into complex machinery, weapons, or even replicating his armor and enemies. He would view her optimistic spirit as a flaw to be broken and reshaped into unwavering loyalty to Doom.

X-23 : Doom would have zero interest in her emotional trauma; he would see only the perfect weapon. A master assassin with a healing factor, genetically engineered to be the best at what she does. His "training" would be about removing any lingering hesitation and programming absolute obedience, making her his personal, lethal enforcer within the harem and beyond. She is a finished product that he simply needs to point at his enemies.

Surge : Doom appreciates raw, electrical power (he often uses it himself). Surge's electrokinesis provides incredible offensive capability and a potent energy source he could potentially siphon or weaponize. Her rebellious nature would be a project for him—a challenge to break her spirit and channel her anger and energy into service for Latveria and its master.

Doom was just mindbroken and Reed lives forever rent free in his head. He feels entirely emasculated by him and he suffered his first real loss at Reed's hands, when Reed wasn't even "fighting" him. He got out of his nowhere town, reached the pre-leagues, got fucked to Hell (literally) and never recovered. If it wasn't Reed and it was Tony or T'Challa in an exchange programme or anything, it'd had been the same.

I know it's too late and the train has already sailed on this, Doom/Morgan is canon, and Doom's self-inserting fanboys will never stop haremfagging for every heroine who's been in the same room as him, but Doom should not be for sexual AT ALL. He should have Valeria (the original one, not the kid, you perverts) as the lost love from his youth, a love that could never be because he became Dr Doom instead, and that's all. I'll concede Storm being "Doom-curious", if not curious enough to act on it thoughbeit, but every time Doom and Wanda have met since Children's Crusade, she's been written as strongly disliking him, and not in a "protests too much" or "sexual tension" kind of way, just genuine dislike.
