Because the human body and psychology is designed towards omnivore diets. Changing that and preaching otherwise will create naturally shocked responses.

Plus, long-term veganism makes you fucking insane and runs high risks of causing a variety of severe health problems. Supplements and pills aren't effective at replacing actual meats because the human body can't absorb many nutrients and vitamins without animal fat and protein, so even if a vegan thinks they are covering all their bases with a fistful of multivitamins, they are just paying even more money for expensive piss while their body continues to break down.

Because veganism is literally an unsustainable diet that results in massive nutritional deficits in the long-term. Vegetarians can at least get their sources for them from things like eggs, vegans are just fucked. Our bodies are designed to get nutrients from certain animal-based sources.

You answered your own question. They're all written by americans and hating veganism is an american cultural thing. America has always had a huge meat industry so they've always been getting blasted by "Men eat meat" advertisements etc. Their own FDA had a page dispelling the "Veganism is unhealthy" myth but you'd have an easier time convincing laymen in India to respect women. It's a reminder that the average person knows dick and lives their life based around vague shit they hear online but don't really understand.

Yeah that's the thing, your body literally cannot digest food or incorporate nutrients properly without certain fats and proteins found only in animals and animal products. You can source those easily from dairy and eggs, your body doesn't honestly need that much of them to function, it just needs them in some amount. Without those sources you can legitimately be turbo-fucked in the long term, a lot of vegans end up dying from heart attacks because the cardiac muscles degrade to the point where they cease functioning properly.

Which is why most people in this thread commenting on the difference will tell you Vegetarians are usually fine, since eating dairy keeps them from going fucking insane the way veganism does. Fish, Eggs, and Dairy eliminate a lot of the huge problems that veganism causes. Not to mention that most of those can be sourced locally, without having to import them from slave labor farms run by South American cartels.
