So I hear she dies in a bullshit way in the 90's, the writer got death threats, and then....nothing happens right? JMD and Giffen do that one series with Guy Gardner based moments and reaction images as a return to their old series they made great but they go to hell and they accidentally look back and Ice is stuck in hell. What happens beyond that? I hope she at least had a final return before Flashpoint or whatever crisis event happened next. Or does she just show in the next multiverse unceremoniously and is back to the usual status quo?

What wokies tend to not understand is that platonic relationships can be just as interesting as romantic ones. It is when character development and plot step in and dynamics that decide when something should become romantic or not. Fire and Ice's whole thing from the start was them being friends and Guy getting in the middle between them is the most interesting and funny part to me.

Oh yes I forgot but Ice did show up and talk to Guy and asked for some time before they started seeing each other again. It was in GLC 2006 issue 19. I need to read a lot of DC and JL before I can get the full context. But yeah I saw BaTB with Ice and JLU as well which reminded me of the JL run in the 80's.
