Why do millennials hate Caillou so much? I got a chuckle out of the copypasta about how he’s bald because he sucks but some of them really mean it.

We were all raped by Caillou in the blistering hot summer of 1997. It's collective generational trauma that people don't like to talk about.

It confused the hell out of me at first, I constantly kept hearing about how much of a brat he was, and whenever my sister forced me to watch it I didn't see any of that.

Then I found out that Sprout (the channel we watched it on) took out all the bratty Caillou episodes.

because it was boring and Caillou wasn’t a compelling protagonist. mostly because it was boring though.
