It means exactly what you think it means. Jax has witnessed a LOT of abstractions and is making it clear to Pomni that he has seen shit that Pomni has no idea or perspective on. Denizens of the circus who abstract literally lose it and fall apart, something him and Gangle have shown on the show. It practically borders on a psychotic episodes. But what it likely also implies is that Jax has scars fron witnessing Ribbit abstract and losing him.

But Pomni does not care about that and will drag Jax out kicking and screaming if Bubble's footage does not do it for her.

I didn't say it doesn't. Jax's behavior is a coping mechanism by masking and molding his character into something different from his actual persona, that is why he targets Gangle so heavily as he see's himself in her coping mechanisms and how they don't actually work longterm. But the problem with Jax is that if he actually drops the character he will drop the emotional dissonance with it and he won't be able to process his grief. That is why he almost goes into abstraction in the bathroom scene, it's not because of his coping mechanism but the level of stress that came with Pomni forcing him to try and drop it, he is so pathologically ingrained into this form of emotional dissociation that he is potentially too far gone to be able to address his inner demons. That is why the conflict will be Pomni trying to reconcile him but at a gradual pace to avoid him abstracting, she already tried the hard and fast route last episode so with the next episode or two she will learn that she needs to be more subtle as well as patient with breaking Jax out of it.

Yeah, it's not fair that Pomni put's that all on Jax but Jax being an unfunny dillweed at everyone else's expense isn't helping either. His coping mechanism of treating everything like a cartoon and the other players like Archetypes is unhealthy and only serves to annoy others like Ragatha and Zooble or outright hurt them like Gangle. He knows this but continues to behave the way he does because it's helping him specifically and everyone should just stop caring

People who are depressed can push people away from them. Jax does the same thing by masking his depression as an annoying "Funny man" and that's why everyone, Ragatha specifically, gave up on him and don't interact with him unless he inserts himself
He knows how he feels and he knows what he does makes people hate him but he doesn't want to or can't stop because then he's going to crumble further
