Webcomics
Recommend some webcomics. Talk about some webcomics.

My rec for now: Please Forgive Me!!!, an excellent humor/slice of life/weird-world story about a girl with serious self esteem issues, her cluster of friends, and the problems in their little community (problems include: Demonic doppelgangers, an evil mayor, an oddly likable serial killer, teen pregnancy, Awesomely emotionally abusive dads, and Dreadbears).

I actually need recommendations too. There's way too much of that mobile game ad, Manhwa artstyle diluting the webcomic scene for my taste.
One of my absolute favorites is Jingle Jungle.

Fun read, gets spicy but not outright graphic. My only complaint is that Wix is NOT conducive to hosting a webcomic. I wish the creator had chosen a different site that makes navigating easier.

I think he's Melanie's "dead" father, pulled into a time vortex black-hole-thingy and now unstuck in time, popping in just a few times to help push the heroes in the direction of a resolution that'll save Melanie or something.

A poacher. In one of the many odd quirks of the Kevin and Kell universe, it's considered perfectly okay to kill a rhino FOR FOOD, but selling the horn for money afterwards is a huge no-no. By attacking a victim out of greed the dude put a huge target on himself.
"That dude ate my dad." = "Yeah, sorry kid, that's the way the world is. Everything's sentient, even the grass, we've all gotta eat SOMETHING."
"That dude ate my dad... and sold his horn." = "Fucking hell! Okay kid, you stand behind me so that sicko doesn't see you, I'll call the police."

In the Kevin and Kell universe even the plants are sentient. There's no avoiding eating someone, it all comes down to following the agreed-upon rules.
It's always meant to be strangers. You can't target someone you know. And it has to be for sustenance (not necessarily your own, but the Meat Motive is necessary).

Jucika was created for paper magazines in Hungary between the 1950s and 1970s - decades before the internet was a thing. Uploading these strips would not make Jucika a webcomic, you dumbass.

Just because Jurika comics are posted on the web doesn't make it a webcomic today. That's like saying Garfield is a webcomic because you can read them online despite being a comic for newspapers for nearly 50 years.

But, yes, comics like Litterbox, Nerd & Jock, Sarah Scribbles, and Owlturd are specifically webcomics.

Only ones that come to my mind that aren't already widely known are Laserwing and Squires For Hire, both /hyw/ projects.
Laserwing is about a group of kids becoming heroes after finding out about aliens and magic and shit. I'm selling it poorly, but the author is setting up a really great world with fun characters.
SFH is a lot more simple, peasant girl decides she wants to be a knight, and joins the academy, quickly making friends with the rich girl with a chip on her shoulder and a lanky goth delinquent, and learning that there's the straightforward knightly orders and more abstract ones like mail delivery.

Mostly nonbinary shit but I think the engineer guy in the overalls is meant to be a tranny specifically or something I can't remember the specifics. Also the artist is a bit insufferable to follow since they're constantly posting palestine shit. Good art tho and knights are still cool even if he taints it a bit with that retarded shit.

I guess I like Sho but samurai aren't really knights so I don't think that counts. I think that's another problem with this, I love knights but I don't particularly like the knight designs here. Maybe the Queen? Also the website he uses to host it is so fucking ass, it's such a pain to navigate. I hate webtoons as much as the next guy but Jesus Christ my dude learn how to design a better site if you're gonna go the self-hosting route.

READ KILL ALL BONEHEADS!!!

https://nagasakecomics.weebly.com/kill-all-boneheads.html

It's my webcomic that I've been working on for a few years now. It's about a new arrival to a scifi dystopia where magic creatures are kept under an iron fisted rule that keeps them from reaching their full potential, so he joins a resistance movement to take them down. Got magical powers based off Will.

Personally, I'd recommend Dragon Mango. It's about a girl named Mango who is part of a species of humanoids called Dragon Slayers who-- you guessed it-- slay dragons. Mango, despite being a pariah among her people, aspires to be a great hero, and gets dragged into a quest to save the world. In summation: It involves cute anime girls fighting dragons and monsters and such. All together pretty funny and has some pretty charming characters. Give it a read if you haven't.

Also currently writing a fanfic based on it. Wish me luck. I'm at 2800 words so far.
