Any other examples of superheroes working out?

I'm struggling to think up examples and pages off the top of my head but this was something that was VERY common back in the day. Instead of having characters sit around talking about food they would open in the training room.

Calisthenics is a good option, check out the YouTube channel Hybrid Calisthenics for inspiration

There's a lot of it in the Perez Titans.
Mostly the guys, unfortunately.

I'm talking strictly working out like lifting or running. If you include sparring then you open the door for Starfire and Donna. Or the frequent shots of the team in the Tower swimming pool.

It's kind of a recurring bit in FF for The Thing to try and get a decent workout only to end up destroying the equipment.

I do some simple kettlebell stuff, you can get a starter kettlebell on Amazon for under 40 bucks, and the sort of foundational kettlebell dvd, enter the kettlebell, is free on YouTube.

I still have a gut because I am dogshit at dieting but I'm a hell of a lot stronger than when I started 2 years ago.

If you're dirt poor do calisthenics.
If you can pull a couple hundred dollars together and have the space get a bench and some dumbbells.
If you have a little bit of cash and no space you can buy some resistance bands and build a DIY X3 bar
Anonymous No.150056249
>>150055390
Resistance bands can do some stuff. The spring stuff is mostly useless. A suspension trainer and a pullup bar are also super useful. I like doing KB stuff because you really only need to focus on like 5 or 6 different movements. Also, they don't take up much room. A dumbbell set and a bench are also a decent choice.

How does Superman stay in shape? Dude has super strength by default, so it seems like it would be difficult for him to maintain his mass. I mean, he could bench press a dump truck and he wouldn't sweat even a bit. Does he have equipment at the Fortress?
