I always wanted an episode where a character gets transformed and has their whole memory knocked out. They live life as that new person they turned into. Then they get their old memories back and have to deal with a conflicting choice of living their original life vs the new one they find themselves in.

Three male criminals find a device and use it to swap bodies with the spies to pull off heists ad other villainy and slut it up. Character's core memories are drained out of their body through magic and distributed through living gingerbread cookies. They need to be force-fed fragments of their past self to become whole again. Optionally, one of the supporting cast members consumes a cookie by accident, revealing a traumatic private memory.
Wipeout but lethal, and entire species are at risk. Only the best participant of each species survives to be retained as a trophy by the alien entertainment bureau, and humanity is next on the chopping block.
Character is stalked all episode by a sniper, always managing to remain just out of the line of fire as the shooter is slowly tracked down.
Character is trapped on a feral world and is slowly but surely worn down until they become almost as animalistic as the local fauna.
Classic parasite infiltrator plot, but the parasites aren't lethal, just have their own personalities and need to feed.

This is your reminder that there was an episode of Code Lyoko where XANA’s plan was to use weaponized cucking to cause group infighting.
