Anyone who grew up in the 00's. Prequels had pretty interesting ideas and themes, just cringy acting and execution. And the universe feels more explored and expansive than it did in the originals.

Despite all the silly bullshit in the EU, the post-ROTJ universe was wide enough to fit a lot of different stories in it without stepping on everyone’s toes. You could still do Rogue Squadron stuff, seedy underworld/bounty hunter stuff, fights against Imperial remnants/warlords that work perfectly well as Rebels vs Empire stories, New Jedi Academy stuff, and all of these things could co-exist without contradicting each other (well, mostly). The Disney Wars stuff has to tip toe around the whole sequel trilogy because no one gives a fuck about it. Everything has to be connected and lead up to something and because of that, nothing feels like it’s been told organically.
The best thing Disney has done is Andor and Rogue One, and that’s because the pre-ANH rebellion had a lot of empty space for stories to exist in.
