No it’s not, Netflix uses some Jew math to make every shitty show and movie the highest watched, but counting how many people clicked onto or scrolled over it.

One of the most watched movies was I think Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets, because people left it on as background sound

It just goes to show that making shows for children is a good idea. Last year it was SKIBIDI TOILET WON, and the few years before that it was MY HERO ACADEMIA IS BIGGER THAN THE ENTIRE COMIC INDUSTRY, and everyone yelling about it never watched any of it. Just make kids stuff for kids instead of making some layered abomination that's secretly for a bunch of different demographics.

Looks like people are running with this but there needs to be correction. I bet you'll be hearing everyone saying it's the number one most viewed movie on Netflix but that's wrong. They are using a chart that is comparing top most viewed movie in their first 90 days. Yes, it will surpass Red Notice on that list but not on the overall most watched movie list. Kpop Demon Hunters is I believe the 7th most watched movie of all time on Netflix right now, 9th most viewed overall Netflix program. I'm not saying that it won't eventually beat Red Notice's total views accrued on Netflix right now in the future but that a lot of stans are running with a headline that is only half right.

Audience keeps growing and kids are watching it on repeat, especially with the music now hitting regular radio play and sitting on number one on the Billboard charts for the US for two weeks running. It tickles me pink to know that Sony isn't seeing a dime of it because Sony Music thought they were too good to distribute a movie soundtrack even if it's straight Kpop instead of a normal score.

It needed like 10 more minutes of runtime to not just go from big reveal to big confrontation to self hatred to self acceptance so quickly at the end, but the visuals were fucking gorgeous the entire way through if you don't mind anime inspired wacky faces during the comedy scenes.
