That was my job. They fired me and over 300 other people in my position last month because the company I worked for, the company that outsourced to the company I worked for, and the client all could not agree on how the AI should be evaluated.
The level of incompetence was absurd. The company doing the outsourcing did not provide us with the ability to see the client's feedback and instead gave us a 180 page document to use to evaluate the AI (which itself was often useless for the situations they wanted us to evaluate it in).
The company that was paying me had their own internal documents which often contradicted the document from the outsourcing company and appeared to be AI generated at times in broken English.
Once it finally became apparent that we should have access to the client feedback and were granted this months later, we learned that the client was brain dead and wanted us to tell the AI that obvious malware infested websites were reputable.
So they fired like 300 people for doing the job based on the information we were given to do said job all while saying it was because we didn't meet "quality standards".
I'm pretty sure the AI is running the companies that are supposedly tard wrangling the AI.
