Realistically, anything over the speed of sound. Superman would liquify people around him if he just went from zero to breaking the sound barrier. He would atomize cities if he flew at lightspeed. Flash has the speed force which excuses why he doesn't just wreck the world by running fast, but no one else has that. But comic book physics don't make sense, so with that in mind, anything over lightspeed is when things get dumb. How is Lex Luthor a threat to Superman at all when he can restrain him a billion times before he can ever react? How does Silver Surfer have trouble fighting any of Earth's heroes when he can kill them all in less than a second given that he flies at hundreds of times the speed of light casually in space. It's best not to take power levels too seriously, but sometimes there's too many discrepancies to ignore and it becomes distracting.

I mean, if we are playing by Batman logic with prep time being the great equalizer, Bane IS a universal threat. The whole point of Bane was that he was the ultimate nemesis to Batman as well as being twisted mirror of Bruce Wayne. His intelligence is on par, his overall experience is close to Batmans and his combat ability ouright surpasses the dark knight. The only thing he lacks is sheer resources and being limited to the underworld which he still used to devestating effect with demonstrating his own prep time superpowers to cripple Batman in his original run. He only got defeated afterwards by a totally different Batman under Jean-Paul whose whole schtick was being an MKULTRA religous supersoldier who was willing to burn people alive to dish out justice. Then why reference concepts in physics at all? Why dont they just say that the flash is very fast and leave it at that? The issue is that when writers start referencing physics it forces people to think in those terms. What does it mean when the Flash in that comic says "Attosecond"? Are we supposed to think of actual attoseconds? Are they fictional attoseconds? Does the fictional attosecond mean the same thing as an actual attosecond? If yes then the criticism is very much on point, if not then what the fuck does Flash mean? This is why comic writers should just stop mentioning cool sounding physics when they dont understand them.
