That does have potential for fun dynamics, in fact, I think we should establish who knows and to what extent.
For example, Harley Quinn has been brought up multiple times in these threads as knowing completely and always pestering Billy to become Carol so they can be gal pals, I also like to imagine Harley would get a job as a school counselor at Billy's school so she could be closer and get him to transform more often.
On the other hand, I like the idea of Power Girl and Wonder Woman only knowing about Carol Danvers as the secret identity, but not Billy Batson.
