I'm not just talking about that Zooble line. I mean practically ANY time they throw in a swear. Sure, it adds to the feel of the Circus being some candy-colored prison, but at the same time less is more. Gooseworx can make her edgy cartoon without needing to bump up to a TV-14 rating with increasingly cringy dialogue.
I wonder if they can trick him into giving them sexual abilities by renaming it into wacky time or some shit and then describe the actions in sillier and more kid friendly terms.

Isn't it? Just the previous episode had a character say "sex appeal," no bleep; but for some reason YouTube puts the kibosh on a character saying they want to -do- it in the very next one, just two months later.

This the big problem with Youtube these days. The demonitize accounts which forces them to self-censor. That's why you get true crime videos who resort to baby-tier phrases like "unalive" for suicide.
