She's plot cancer. I'm siding 100% with the witches now.

If Tom wanted something in the plot right now that Kat couldn't do, he'd put it in.

we get it she's a god. Solving the omega device in 1 panel was enough

Why doesn't Annie use her fire powers to kill Ayilu in front of Red? Is she stupid?
Anonymous No.150178842 >>150178937 >>150183255
I can't help but feel like Tom is getting bored writing/drawing these; there's A LOT of handwaving going on and lots of things just "happening" offscreen. At this point I don't know what to think because I'm also a little sick of the the times where he overexplains something to hell and back and makes it boring beyond belief as a result of being stretched over so many pages. I don't know what I want him to do at this point. Fuck me, I guess.

This would be funny as hell, which is unfortunately why it won't be happening

this ties to the main plot though. Zimmy is the main plot.

No. Annie doesn't have to explain shit to these two fuckers. lock them out and hang out with kat.

Gotta say this one's really putting the pessimism in me. Kat just going "well I'll sort that no problem", red+blue still being assholes, but like in a way where they're essentially a pointless cameo. The way I'm not even bothered on a reader level because I'm not engaged with their appearance in the first place so I'll gladly see them off.

We've gone from Kat solving problems in a single page to Kat solving problems in a single panel.

I'm really not sure how to conclude that arc anyway. Becoming an actual goddess, at least this young or near abouts, seems like a bad ending to me somehow. Just snuffing out that path of fate would also be a letdown though. Of she ascends and either is defeated or steps down it just feels unmatched to the buildup.
Anonymous No.150179511
>>150179464
The sensible way to do it would've been to have her deal with the more mundane consequences of it. Kat becoming more and more detached and her cult causing problems because she ignored it too long. Plus the retroactive godhood bootstrap paradox stuff that the norns nipped in the bud.
All of that has been solved in the dullest ways possible though.

Kat nearly went crazy because she couldn't handle the idea of multiverse Annies. Kat is a god now and... it's fine. We're done with that plot. And all the plots. All the plots are done because Kat.

>Kat nearly went crazy because she couldn't handle the idea of multiverse Annies
Paz getting mad that she was losing to two Annies was pretty funny. I can imagine Kat thinking of weird things like an Annie on each arm but then remembering she already has a girlfriend and she isn't willing to share.

She's not God yet and she's not even entirely aware of it. To her this is cool new tech advancement, why question any of it. Honestly though it means Annie is due for a powerup.

No, you misunderstand.
The characters you're looking at are magical creatures who gave up their immortality to be reborn in a human body.
Most of them aren't aware of the concept of mortality and are otherwise pretty unhinged.

Tom has written them to be annoying brats on purpose. If you're getting legitimately mad at them you need to detach and step back a bit.

Get mad at Tom instead.
