A woman tries to co-opt a guinea pig rights movement in order to make people consider them as pets instead of livestock so that she can make money selling them. She also fucks a guinea pig matador.

I have tried every ecuadorian dish except for cuy, I will never have cuy however because I had a guinea pig as a pet when I was a kid. Some other foods that are great though are:
The vast potential of what you can do with those green plantains is not to be underestimated. I particularly like the bolones when theyโre mixed with cheese and chicharron.
i dont get the jokes
i dont get the whole thing
i just dont get the spanish cultural references
i can barely follow along with subtitles
i can barely appreciate the 80's theme they have going
is this how americans felt when anime started airing on ASA like 30 years ago?

Sort of like beef. Very bony [duh, they're tiny]. Slightly tender. Kind of a similar texture to chicken. Nowhere as gamey/chewy as Buffalo, Venison, or Llama. I'd compare it most closely to rabbit. Nothing special. I wouldn't go out of your way for it. Those with a "but Guinea Pigs are cute pets" have a cognitive dissonance. They're no more social, intelligent, or cute than a pig, horse, or cow.

This is the only thing I don't like about the show. Why give yourself a creative handicap for no reason? Some anime does this too, where it's like they go out of their way to show men do not exist when there are crowd shots in a city street. This isn't based in any sort of Spanish soap opera or Almodovar cliche either. It's pure autism. The creator is a dude too.
Otherwise I think it's charming and surprisingly funny.
