Pom's colors themselves maybe are just meant to be reminiscent of the primary colors for kids, because she does look like a kid's toy as well as the others. computers do work on the RGB color wheel which in itself is kind of a "contrasting" one to the primary colors' one.

The colorful eye glitching could also be his own version of abstraction's eyes, where in humans it is shown to be similar to the CMYK (the color model for printing) or rainbow, his might be shown to be RGB (which is the color model for digital devices)
