Original idea as far as I know was Vaggie being a moth Sinner and was banging Angel Dust.
Then I can only assume Charlie was meant for Alastor, since he was clearly Viv's favorite character, but someone working on it with her said Charlie and Vaggie would make a cute couple and Viv realized she can get lesbian brownie points by pairing them together.
