In issue #22 of the volume 4 of the Mirage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, April wants to go back in time and solve a mystery about her birth.
So she calls upon Renet the time mistress.

Renet takes them both back in time but turns them both into cockroaches so they can spy on April’s parents without damaging the timeline.

They watch April’s parents but then give in to their roach instincts and both April and Renet have sex with different male cockroaches as stated.

So there you have it, April O’Neil and Renet had a roach gangbang.
All of this is written by creator Peter Laird. So this is all canon.
