Nah, that's Lindsay. Only character in the series to be eliminated 4 times (unless you count Duncan quitting in WT or Own in RR) and all four times from nonsensical reasons, two of which are in episodes where she hard carries the challenge.
Speaking of RR, the Vegans also got shafted super fucking hard. They lose the Iceland challenge to having their fossil stolen and forced to do the meat eating challenge just for it to be a non-elim, Then next episode Laurie gets her face shoved into the fireant glove by complete accident, rendering her unable to compete, and in spite of that still comes in 1st only to be given a bullshit penalty which results in them being the only team in the entire season to actually have their penalty matter. It's like they wanted to make a "ha ha vegans are so stupid let's laugh at them" joke and came up with the most contrived shit to get them out in an unfair fashion but didn't really provide any reasons for us to actually hate them.
But hey, 14 episodes of "i hate you nuh-uh i hate you no wait actually i love you bro" Stepbrothers and an entire fucking season of Carrie/Devin was totally worth screwing them over

Seeing Heather's boobs the episode after then getting eliminated is the polar opposite of retarded. He got off easy, especially the episode even after that.

i don't understand how people can say ridonculous race is one of the better seasons. the eliminations are so obviously artificial and it kills any stakes the show is trying to present.
