Oh wow this is really weird and bad in a special kind of way. If it wasn't such strange subject matter I would be okay with it just existing as some kids' summer project together but the WWII shit, the furry shit, the weird old sounding computerized music, the abstract broken editing and dialogue. It's like being in a highly uncomfortable alternate universe for 11 minutes. That last 3 minutes was just a total clusterfuck of nonsensical, offputting sights and noises.
Character designs wouldn't be bad with some clean up, aside from the guy who is obviously just Alastor from Hazbin Hotel, they can fuck off with that. Something about the vibe kinda works when it isn't trying so hard to be something else. That's all I got.
Not every idea should get made.
