Of the three, Knives>Ramona>Kim personally.
Knives is adorable, and her arc is a compelling one. "You'll always be my Clash at Demonhead" is one of the hardest hitting lines in the whole story for me because of all she went through.
Ramona rightfully gets a lot of flak for her baggage and the stunts she pulls throughout the comic, but I give her the same amount of grace that I do Scott. She's well-meaning, but she's too emotionally distant from people to really be considerate of their feelings. Having her come to understand that and grow beyond it alongside Scott is satisfying.
I'm at a loss with Kim. She's one of the strongest written characters in the story, but she never left the same hole in me that I know she did for so many others. Her justifiably gruff attitude always kept me at arms length, and her role in the story is a never-ending conga line of suffering. Sure her design is neat, but I'd rather give her a hug and a coffee than lewd her.

You wouldn't know it with all of the Roxie stuff I make (and she is great), but Lisa has always been my favorite. She was the OG Scott aficionado, the first one that reached out to him...yet her advances always fell on deaf ears. Poor girl never had a chance, especially when Kim came onto the scene. For all of her pining throughout the series, at least Kim got to leave a mark on him as a person and let those feelings go on her own terms. Lisa never got that chance. She had to bury her crush that never faded away, and the one time where Scott would have been the most receptive to her feelings was the one moment where accepting them would have objectively been the worst decision he made. She's such a cheerful down-to-earth sweetheart and it's a shame that she's treated like an afterthought. Would have been great to see her in Takes Off with Mae Whitman playing double duty between Lisa and Roxie (given that she voiced her in the promo short).
I'm just lurking.
