Shit taste. The little loincloth thing on Viltrumite suits are cool and makes them look less ridiculous than normal superheroes who just wear skintight suits with their genitals all visible and shit. It's makes it look more professional

I like the show's face better, but the comic costume is just better. The more decorative loincloth and the sleeves give it a feeling of decoration, like this is a suit a Viltrumite wears as part of their culture. You could argue the show's version is more utilitarian and suits how stagnant they're portrayed as, but then why have the skirt at all? Both versions have needless doohickeys, but left's are more interesting.

Other than the wrist part, both are the same outfit in almost everything. The only difference is that the artist drew the left one with the crotch cape riding between her legs, and she has a more distinct hourglass figure and slightly larger breasts.

If anything the left is more realistic because the breasts would appear like that if they were in a skintight outfit like that. Plus a warrior race that systematically eliminates every weakling would more likely end up with women who look like olympic athletes / amazon warriors.
The design on the right just lines up with the show having netflix wokeshit written into it.
