Basil Wolverton's Spacehawk is pretty solid. Kinda scifi-esque. The art is fantastic, specially for golden age standards.
Wally Wood's T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents is silver age capekino.
Veitch's capecomics are a little dark and fried, but all around pretty solid imo. The One. Maximortal. Brat Pack.

Since Astro City is already mentioned, some of the cape comics Alan Moore wrote for Image were kino like 1963, and Supreme.
