I feel like Fionna as a character, and intern a series about her, has a lot of potential that hasn’t been tapped into. The Fionna and Cake series we got really wasn’t what most people would have imagined from the concept, not that that’s inherently bad.

Fionna is just female Finn, there's nothing to work with there other than a genderbend kink.

Take a lot of the nonsensical and sexual ideas and run with them. I think each episode having fandom input would be an interesting project. Or even better, fans making DIY versions of the character. I think that's by far the best scenario.
