first episode is the Sermon on the "'MOUNT" implying they were strongly cautioned not to speak up. It also referenced the abrupt removal of PBS and Colbert.
That leads to "more they could possibly say". This confuses you?

A) The article was in Sept 2024, before Trump was elected, and they obviously didn't think he'd win
B) The quote is "I don't know what more we could possibly say about Trump"
Little did they know, Trump would be re-elected and start his "I will piss and shit and yell about everything because oops I'm in the Epstein files and everyone knows it" arc, so they had a lot to work with in returning to the topic

Anonymous No.150323991 >>150324471
They ran out of original material well over a decade ago, and have to rely on topical commentary. Unfortunately Trump just dominates politics
I don't blame them, though. No way I could keep fresh material for so long, this is just the smartest way to keep their bank accounts growing.

Crazy that even though how bad Trump is, Democrats couldn't field a better candidate two out of three times.
Fortunately Trump can't run again so Harris is locked in for 2028

Probably the best example of โ€œfailing upwardsโ€ if you can be so massively wrong TWICE because you didnโ€™t think to learn from your mistake the first time. I thought the boys were smarter than that.

You'd have to be retarded to not realize Trump was getting reelected. I realized it as soon as he was charged with criminal cases in 2023 that he'd be reelected.

That really is the crazy part. That after all those failures, they STILL couldn't muster up anyone less useless and alienating than Mamala. Trump gave them countless home runs and they still fumbled. The right time to rail on Trump was when he first announced the tariffs and they STILL didn't have the balls to go after him.

I don't even blame anyone for voting Republican at this point, with how little the Dems have to offer beyond "w-we're not the orange man"

SP politics were only relevant when I was 16. I'm not a butthurt Republican (I'm not even American), but political jokes aren't what I want in an SP episode.

It wouldn't have mattered who they fielded. The reality is the democrats fucked up hard under Biden's admin and just kept fucking up. The bigger issue is that democrats still don't do any self relflection and realize that their current policies and viewpoints are unpopular.

Well, considering since Trump has returned to office, his country has been worse than it has ever been in the history of the United States. There is a legitimate fascist Nazi racist in the White House. Of course they would break their promise and make fun of him. Trump is a fucking loser a fucking racist And a pedophile he needs to be in jail.

That cuts both ways doesn't it though? We know for fact most of the Republican stablishment is unhappy about having to deal with Trump, but they have to anyway since they've failed to come up with a suitably popular choice.
