eh personally I think we're still in Phase 4 since aside from Murdoc being briefly replaced by Ace for The Now Now(which ended up having very little narrative effect since they ended up not being able to do much of anything with Ace as a character due to constantly needing to get approval from WB for anything involving him) there really hasn't been any major shifts in the "narrative" of the band since the phase started with Humanz(unlike with the first three phases where there was some sort of major shift between each of the first three major albums, or with the seven year gap between Plastic Beach/The Fall and Humanz providing an obvious dividing point between phases)*
basically TLDR, it's just silly to treat each album as being a new phase automatically, at least for the albums after Humanz
*since plot has been very much a secondary or even downright tertiary aspect of the band since they resumed releasing new material in 2017, though hopefully we might get something a bit more substantial in The Mountain when it comes out in March
