No because they are retards that want to have their cake and eat it too.
They want to grab shit made for boys and also market it for girls, because girls usually spend more money on toys and shit than boys, so that must mean that if you grab an ip that already appeals to boys and make it appeal to girls too, you have the two markets, which means more money.
Which is stupid because you end up chasing away the original crowd and not fully integrating the new one.

There's also a likelihood that adults and teens were starting to taint the character.
Tinkerbell was very much one of the "I'm trying to look sexy while giving myself plausible deniability" characters every Halloween. And it was an open secret with how popular Tinkerbell costumes were with teenage girls and adults compared to kids.

This isn't entirely true. The real down low was this. You get a girl into Barbie. She wants barbie, she wants barbies friends, she wants barbies dreamhouse, she wants barbies accessories.
Yet look at the most infamous example of this toy thing.
You get a girl into Teen Titans. She wants Starfire, maybe raven as starfires friend and robin as starfires boyfriend.
That's what happened with Teen Titans, you couldn't convince the girls to collect the villains or allies or battle playsets like you could with the boys and then if she's satisfied with just starfire it cuts into her buying all the dolls they're trying to shill to her so they can also shill her those playsets and accessories that she would've been likely to buy

>Mavis from Hotel Transylvania also became quite popular among teenage girls and adults and they didn't gave a shit about it.

I think they know when it comes to Mavis. Being attractive and breedable is her whole character arch. Thats literally her thing in ht1. She becomes of age, gets married, births a baby. Dracula's dad angst is about this.

Hell, I think all 4 movies are about adults having issues with their bodies, be it puberty or dealing with looking different.

Tinkerbell. Well. Anyone with testicals knows. She's an adult woman and theh want you to look. They spend a lot of time on her ass. Hammering and jerking it in that key hole. And if there is any doubt, she sizes it up in the mirror.

Tinkerbell was based on Margaret Kerry, whom was 22-24 when Peter Pan was filmed and released.

Tinkerbell is an attractive adult woman. And one of the better Disney female characters as she is allowed a full range of emotions and not forced to be a side character or love interest. She is allowed to feel jealousy and murderous rage.

It is unfortunate Disney has nerf'd her so bad. Both in making her look younger and making her a kind bland every woman. She was more interesting in the 50s when she was allowed to have a full personality

Dvds were a whole thing before streaming, and vhs before that. Parents would have 20 of these on rotation to keep the kids quiet.

I think YouTube might have a documentary on the rise of vhs sequals to big movies. They played a big part.

If you're thrifting for cheap animation blurays and dvds, go look at the vhs. You'll often find 20+ Disney tapes from mom's that purged the whole lot

its kinda encouraging it but its a symbiosis where thats the kind of role model they want and gravitate toward anyway so the show is just providing that for them to cash in on their inherently slutty desires. Yes this is all fucked up and morally twisted, better to not fixate on it.
For example
>draw winx girl in the trademark stylized way

>draw winx girl with realistic proportions and body

Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue was always a strange movie to me, not that I say is bad just peculiar. Is the first movie with actual human characters, also there's this strange frame device for the plot with Terence appearing at the start and the of the story as some kind of non-sequitur. Also, am I the only one who thinks this joke has a sense of humor different to the rest of the franchise? I mean, the Tinkerbell movies have always had slapstick but from all the movies I still remember that gag to this day. I think it was unexpectedly funny for what the franchise used to do.

Zarina the Pirate Fairy was kinda annoying imo. It’s that a hot take?

Man, they really had the perfect girl franchise and just let it die. Like I got tired of them after getting so many but all were about on par with each other and it still fit this fantasy niche that Disney doesn't even do anymore unless it's a Frozen sequel

Crazy that so many young boys were exposed to this

>Tink had been… acting weird, lately.
>Granted, you weren’t sure what was normal for a pixie a few inches tall, but she certainly seemed a bit, eager, about something nonetheless…
>Ever since your peculiar first encounter with and subsequent befriending of an, apparently real fairy, you hadn’t quite seen the world around you the same way.
>Communication was… difficult to say the least. At least at first, but Tink’s body language and made things a bit easier. You never could quite understand what she tried to say at times, but smiling and nodding seemed to be satisfying answers to her.
>Tonight though felt… different.
>When the small yellow light fluttered through your window, you smiled and sat up on your bed, about to tell the pixie about how your day had gone before she flew up into your face, shaking her head and… holding a bag of… something?
>Your question on what it was Tink had brought was answered with what you took as a giggle as the pixie got closer, opening the bag as you were inhaling for a breath…
>And sprinkled your face with a bag of… dust!
>The small dust, making it’s way up your nose as your breathed, make you cough and gasp in surprise as Tinkerbell flew back.
>”T-Tink!” You gasped, “What wa-CHOO!”
>You sneezed. Hard. Rubbing your head, you groaned. Weird, you hadn’t recalled your shirt being so… loose.

>Wait. Wha-“
>”Ah-CHOO!”
>Another sneeze. Making you gasp for relief, your shirt hanging looser on you as your room looked… bigger?
>You sneezed again, confirming what you were beginning to realize: everything was… getting bigger!
>Another hard sneeze and your clothes barely fit. So the room wasn’t the one changing size… YOU were!
>Looking up at Tink giggling as she fluttered in the air above you, you tried to demand to know what she’d done, but you sneezed, losing another several inches of height.
>And again with your next sneeze.
>And the next one.
>As well as the next.
>Trying to stop yourself proved futile as you continued to sneeze, losing more of your precious height. By the time it finally stopped, you were buried underneath your own shirt. Gasping and sighing as you felt your sinuses clear, you groaned as you stumbled out of your clothes.
>”Woah…” you gasp as you look around your room from your new perspective.
>”Perfect!”
>A voice giggled from behind as you were hugged by a pair of arms. Stumbling away, you turned to see Tinkerbell smiling in front of you.
>At a size you now matched.
>Actually, she MIGHT be a bit taller than…
>Your train of thought derailed as Tink embraced you, the pixie’s lips pressing against your own as you fell onto the vast valley of your bed, Tink’s thighs straddling you as your heart pounded in your chest.
>You just HOPED that Tink had something to restore your height when… all the fun was done…
Spoiler Alert: She does not

Does anyone want ulgy heroes/heroines?
No, leftist article writers don't count, they preach to the masses but never consoome the product themselves
