More reasonable answer: once you study anatomy and practice animation, it becomes second nature to keep things consistent with previous frames. And you have to realize no animation is "perfect"; if you squint, you'll find inconsistencies between frames, but practice helps reduce those inconsistencies to where its hard to notice.

The amusing thing is France has a storied history being horrible colonizers and interventionists in their former colonies.
