No. It is estsblished in Soul Eater that all witches feel the "Pull of Magic" that pushes them towards acts of destruction.
Magic itself has this inherent destructiveness at its root because of its power.
This does not mean witches must be destructive, but rather they feel it calling to them.

Well it isn't really a matter of 'knowing' but rather the magic that is innate to you.
For Kim her magic is healing (and also tanuki) in nature, which inherently conflicts with the Pull.
Her issue is that because of this, she feels not at home amongst the meisters nor the witches.
That being said, there is a case to be made that while Kim doesn't want to destroy anything, she's willing to use emotions to manipulate people in a way that harms them and benefits her.

Looking at Danganronpa vs-wise gets fucky because the series has a lot of legitimately good feats spread out across its media. Mukuro has the aforementioned feats of overpowering Killer Killer who could slice buildings, and in IF she moves fast enough bullets seemed frozen to her (pic rel). In UDG Genocide Jill could parry hits from the building sized Big Bang Monokuma. It becomes a problem because Sakura is the strongest person in the world and by both feats and WOG is stronger than anybody in the franchise, and the Monokuma unit from 1 was going even with her, which seems out of line with the scale the game is on.

I have literally never seen a fanbase as corrupt as the Asura's Wrath fandom in my life. Only Genshin Impact has even come close.

They can't decide whether the fight against God of War is over or not, and if it is they won or if it simply died out, so they just switch between all of these on a dime to swat away any criticism that comes their way.

Because they "weren't as popular as God of War" for decades (for good reason), they just use this to farm pity points and get people to automatically vote for Asura over Kratos in everything. Now all Asura fans just walk around arbitrarily declaring that Asura wins any fight, especially against Kratos, and act like they've been called a slur if someone ever bothers to correct them so people jump to his defense so he never has to prove anything or give a source.

And that's just what the WHOLE community does, not even the individual actions of the debaters. Us God of War fans, we're not playing nice with you anymore.
