This. When Genndy Tartakovsky makes Fixed, people can feel more comfortable giving him shit because at the end of the day he's still a legendary animator with successes that outweigh his failures. Pan neither has the status, the history, nor is he obnoxious enough for people to feel like they could give him serious critiques (at least non-anonymously).

If the school basketball star really fucking blows a shot in gym class game it's easier to give them shit for it than if the handicapped kid does the same.

It's really sad to see someone like Pan never getting the recognition he deserves. The people around him were mentally ill, pedos, or genuinely awful people, yet he's always been a swell guy. He might as well be the face of the cartoon communities on YT due to his history, the obscure topics he covered, not to mention his passion, unlike a lot of talentless hacks

Pre-Hazbin and pre-TADC, that would have been good. I'd argue it still is, however the bar has been moved so far at this point that a lot of people would say for a production that took this much effort, less than 1 million views in a week is disappointing.
The pilot is doing respectable numbers, but it's not going anywhere near viral. If Pan's hope was that this would blow up and catch the attention of Adult Swim, I think he's going to unfortunately fall short of that goal.

Bad cause the views will only slow down more and more after 1 month. Albeit he also didn't do any advertisement beforehand like a retard. So maybe if he's lucky he'll get an army of popular people to link to his pilot.
He also didn't put any memorable songs in it for people to come back to and replay it for the song like other indie animations do.

Pan is far too autistic and incapable of hiding his power level to have a larger audience. If he wanted to have broader appeal, he'd need to take speech therapy and do a real study on how actual humans talk and behave.
I'm not trying to be mean, but some people are so autistic that they make everyone feel uncomfortable.

Where have you been? The vast majority of comments on the Loki IRL threads have not been holding back punches, and it's been pointed out plenty of times that Pan is yet another example of a youtube critic who can't put his money where his mouth is.
